Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing post-purchase customer service in French
• Responding to product inquiries and handling complaints
• Multichannel contact with the customer via email, chat, and telephone (incoming calls)

Requirements:

• Very good command of French (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of English
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Availability to work in selected hours Mon. - Fri. 07.00-23.00 and weekends 9.00-19.00
• Willingness to start as soon as possible for full-time or part-time
